Important: All our lamps are wired 110 Volts for US/Canada(North America). Thank you.
Shipping Information:
Depending on the items you order, we will ship to you by either the U.S. Post Office or by Fedex Ground. Shipping weights are stated in the description for each product. Generally all orders for 1 or 2 shades are shipped via the U.S. Post Office.
US Shipping:
Shipping rates: Continental U.S. :$6.00 plus $1.00 for each pound. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii: $6.00 plus $2.00 for each pound.
Canada Shipping
Shipping is $7 plus $4 for each pound.
United Kingdom Shipping:
Shipping is $8 plus $7. for each pound.
Countries other than US/Canada/UK
Shipping is $15 plus $7 for each pound
General Shade Information
Our replacement Lily Pond Shades are current reproductions or a likeness of those found on antique lamps and most likely will not match the original antique shades.
Our shades are hand-crafted, hand-blown, and hand-painted/dyed, thus there maybe differences in color, luster, and thickness from shade to shade. When you order more than one of the same color shades, we will match the shade colors that you order. However, even though the shades that you order will match in color, the color may not match the existing shades that you own.
Shade Sizes
For all shades, except otherwise noted.
Replacement Glass Shades are: Large: 6" high, 4.5" wide with a base (fitter) diameter of 1 .5". Small : 5" High, 3.5" Wide, 1" base(fitter). Due to the differences with handmade glass shades, there may be 1/4" variance in size.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES and REFUNDS
We work hard to insure that you'll be happy with your order. But, if for any reason you are not, refer to the information below:
For shades, your credit card will be credited the purchase price less shipping and a restocking fee of $3.00 per shade. Other products will be credited the purchase price less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. Returned 'free shipped' items will be charged at the above shipping rates.
Items returned for exchange are not subject to a restocking fee. However, customer pays for return postage.
All products must be returned within 14 days in mint condtion, in the original boxes. if the box/product are damaged or missing, no credit can be given.
